Dhammika joined Webb Yates Engineers in 2022, bringing over 15 years’ engineering and technical experience, covering a wide range of infrastructure projects. He has an in-depth knowledge of pavement and external infrastructure design standards.

As a design team lead, Dhammika has consistently delivered cost-effective solutions to complex and technically challenging infrastructure projects, ranging from asset management to multi-disciplinary development and expansion projects.

With a track history of managing design teams in the successful delivery of multiple projects through all design stages, including providing technical support during the construction phase, Dhammika’s core skills include project coordination, design management, pavement and below ground services infrastructure design, Access road and car park design to DMRB standards, 3D modelling, drainage design and SuDS.
