Sebin joined the Webb Yates Engineers building services team in 2022, and has since worked on lighting layouts as part of the refurbishment of an early 1900s building in central London for a prestigious higher education client.

A motivated, diligent initiator and problem solver, he is passionate about optimising occupant comfort through efficient electrical services design. He has good knowledge of low carbon building regulations and Passivhaus standards.

After gaining his bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the Mahatma Gandhi University in India, Sebin gained early experience while based on a substation site in India, followed by roles as an Electrical Site Engineer and Building Services Project Engineer for a multi-disciplinary engineering firm in Oman. Keen to continue developing himself professionally and expanding his knowledge, he earned his Msc in Building Services Engineering from London South Bank University in 2022, before joining us to continue his career.
