We're not big enough to be required to report our gender pay gap but we think it's important, so we've published our data to the government’s website voluntarily.

We found that women’s mean hourly rate is 8.8% lower than men's and women’s median hourly rate is 3.1% lower than men’s.

As an engineering company we think this is a good start, but we're going to continue working to improve it – increasing diversity and representation, championing equality, and supporting initiatives to reduce inequality across the industry. And we'll keep reporting our data.
